Throughout his career, Chef Hicks has been privileged to perfect his culinary craft by working alongside an array of highly-acclaimed chefs including Wolfgang Puck and Chris Ward. Prior to joining Buttons Restaurant, his soulful cuisines were featured at Fort Worth restaurants such as Gunsmoke, Chop House and Ovations. Chef Hicks has been featured on numerous TV show cooking segments and featured in several magazine publications.
